國民黨立委吳育昇昨天在立法院衝突中受傷，國民黨團指責民進黨立委黃偉哲是傷人元凶，考慮提告。黃偉哲坦承既是事實就不能「硬拗」，但澄清自己無心，對於結果「始料未及」；當時場面混亂，隨手抓了東西就往主席台丟，並沒有特別針對誰，他表示遺憾和歉意。
