【民視即時新聞】行政院長吳敦義31日頒發創造就業貢獻獎時說，設計無薪假的人「應該得諾貝爾獎」，此話一出，立刻引發勞工團體強烈不滿，痛批吳敦義是在帶頭歌誦違反勞基法的行為，已經失言，應該要道歉，但吳揆今天不但認為自己沒失言，還怪大家不懂幽默。
